The famous colours of the red and white Marlboro McLaren came to an end in 1996. This highly successful partnership went their separate ways in 1997. David Coulthard remained with McLaren Mercedes in 1997 and this highly talented young Scotsman will no doubt play an important role in bringing success back to the team.
